LAGO HOME RENOVATION @ PHOENIX, ARIZONA
Adam Long, a creative director, and Cecilie Bresson, a make-up artist, are a young couple who have chosen to live in this house in Phoenix, in a neighbourhood that forms a link between the city and the mountains. «From this position, we breathe the pioneering spirit of Arizona and at the same time its modernity. In furnishing the house we have made warm colours and natural materials the protagonists to make the spaces harmonious and welcoming. LAGO design furnishings has created for us a connection between the creativity of Phoenix and the space we inhabit. We think of the house as an intimate place, but also a place for sharing. It is knowing how to listen and welcome new perspectives.” says Cecilie.
A LIVING ROOM IN WHICH NATURAL LIGHT AND MODERN DESIGN DIALOGUE HARMONY
The warm Arizona sun filters through the large windows highlighting the decorative and architectural elements in the living area. An imposing bookcase suspended on glass plates, becomes an architectural element and divides the environment in an elegant and light way. The design and the shades of the sofas and wall units take on the characteristics of the external landscape, creating a visual and sensorial continuum that warms up the entire living room.
A MODERN MADE-IN-ITALY KITCHEN WITH AN EMPATHIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL SOUL
On the ground floor, there is a suspended kitchen design with a strong visual impact. The couple have chosen to decorate their kitchen in a marble effect. «The marble veins on some pieces of the furniture remind us of the spontaneity of nature and at the same time the beauty of art: two languages that in our opinion dialogue perfectly», explains Cecilie.

Upstairs, the LagoLinea bookcase opens up, thus becoming an ideal “Home Office” solution to accommodate environments dedicated to individuality, where you can work, think, and create without losing the concept of intimacy in the spaces.

Walls made entirely of wooden panelling and intelligent lighting intensify the aesthetic dimension of the selected furniture. The LAGO design runs through all areas of the house and captures the essence of the natural context in which the home develops.
